Columbus Clinic 2025: November 8th-9th

Our Services

After registration, patients proceed to the triage area, where they consult with a licensed medical professional. During this step, patients complete a patient history form and undergo a vitals check. All patients can chose to receive a primary care check-up and then have the option to visit dental or vision professionals for specialized care tailored to their needs.
